You have been directed

The Problem: Use this patch only if you
are not able to open individual Safety Plans or Self-Inspection
Checklists. When you attempt to open a document you might hear a
short beep but nothing happens. This problem is a result of increased security features built
into Windows XP and Vista operating systems.
The Fix: Close your Regsoft product. Click
here
to download a small patch from our secure server. Click the
"Run" box. A small file will run on your computer. You
will then see a
small box appear indicating that an IE script successfully
ran on your computer. Close all boxes on the screen, your program should now
open and work correctly, there is no need to re-start your
computer.
