You have been directed
to this site to repair a problem you are having with your OSHA
Compliance Suite, Cal/OSHA Compliance Suite or Regsoft
for Healthcare software product. We apologize
for any inconvenience this issue has caused you but we assure you
this fix will be quick and effective.
The Problem: Follow these instructions if
you receive the following error code when you are trying to open one
of the programs mentioned in the first paragraph. The error
code is: "ACTSKN43.ocx component is missing".
The Fix: Close your Regsoft product. Click
here
to download a small zip file and Save it to a temporary folder. Open
the temporary folder and double click the FixActiveSkin.Zip
file. Next,
double-click on the file called: FixActiveX.Bat and click
"Run" twice. If you receive a successful
registration message then the problem has been corrected.

If an error occurs when running Windows Vista,
1.
Go to the Control Panel and double-click on the
“User Accounts and Family Safety” area;
2.
Select user accounts; turn “User Account Control”
off (temporarily);
3.
Run again the file FixActiveX.Bat.
4.
Windows will prompt you to re-enable the “User Access
Control” in the systems tray area in your lower right screen.
If you receive a successful registration message then the
problem has been corrected.
