Patch for Cal/OSHA Compliance Suite--Product Key Loop

Use this patch only for software versions PRIOR to 1.41.2

Special Note: Do not install this patch unless you are instructed to do so by a representative of Boyer Safety Services, an unauthorized install could affect the operation of your operating system.

You have been directed to this page because your Cal/OSHA Compliance Suite continues to prompt you for a product key each time you open it. The program seems to recognize the product key but each time you open the program it prompts you to re-enter the product key, you are in an endless loop. This problem occurs because you don't have an internet connection needed to validate the product key or you have a port closed on your computer that is needed to communicate with our server.

1.         Close your Cal/OSHA Compliance Suite product.

2.         Click here to install a patch. When the dialog box opens, click the two "Run" boxes and a series three "Next" boxes. After the install completes you will see a box telling you the patch successfully installed. Note: do not change the destination folder of the patch, accept the default location. You should eventually see a box that informs you the patch successfully installed.

3.         Open the program.

4.         The program should now run without prompting you for a product key.
