You are experiencing problems pulling down an automatic update
from our server. The download process may stop, be extremely slow or
you may see an error box in the early stages of the download. This
series of steps will install an updated downloader utility that will be
used to download your product.
The Solution:
Click

to download small executable file. Click "Run" and "Run" on the first
2 pop-up boxes, then click through the installation and security boxes
that follow. You will then see a
message indicating the process completed successfully".
You should now close your
Regsoft program if its open and start the again. When you see the pop-up
box telling you there is an update available go ahead and click "Yes"
and start the download again. The download should now proceed without a
problem.
