You have been directed
to this page to repair a problem you are having with your
Regsoft for Healthcare software product. You may have also
been directed here by an email sent from Boyer Safety Services
alerting you of this problem. We apologize
for any inconvenience this issue has caused you but we assure you
this fix will be quick and effective.
The Problem: You are notified immediately
after you open the program that there is an on-line update available
for you to download. When you click to accept the download a window
pops up indicating that you first must register the software, when
in fact you have already registered the product. Even if you
re-register your software you cannot get access to the download.
You're stuck in an endless loop. Kindly remember that running this
patch will simply adjust some settings on your software, you may or
may not immediately see the results of this adjustment. This patch
will assure you access on your next software update.
The Fix: Close your Regsoft for Healthcare product. Click
here
to download a small patch from our secure server. Click the
"Run" box. Click "Run" again at the "Unknown Publisher"
box. Next, you will see a box saying "Healthcare Registration Patch
Successful". Close all boxes on the screen and open the
software. If there is an update available, you should now be able to download the update. There is no need to re-start your
computer.
