Merge/Registration/PowerPoint Patch Main Page

You have been directed to this page because your Regsoft product is either having problems with registering or the merge feature is not behaving properly.
The patches below are designed to correct both of these issues.

Registration Problem--this problem occurs when you are registering your product after installation or after an update. You are stuck in a loop as the software doesn't
recognize your registration and each time you open the software you're required to fill out the registration form again.

Merge Feature Problem--this problem can occur on some of the following products, Regsoft for Healthcare, OSHA Compliance Suite, and Cal/OSHA Compliance Suite.
Typically, this problem occurs on 64-bit operating systems. This problem might occur when you attempt to merge safety manual templates, inspection checklists or employee
handbook items. After you click the "Merge" button you either get an error or nothing happens at all.

PowerPoint Error--this problem can arise if, for reason you have a 32-bit operating system and a "C:\Program Files (x86)" folder. This issue will only come up if someone
added this folder for some reason or you previously had a 64-bit system installed and decided to go back to a 32-bit operating system. Very rare possibility.

Do not attempt to run the following patches unless you have been instructed to do so by Boyer Safety Services, Inc. or your system could be harmed.
Call Boyer Safety Services if you have any questions at (800) 664-8401.
