Problem--Your
program is having difficulty authenticating the product key you
type in. Each time you open the program you are prompted to
enter a product key. This process repeats each time you open the
program. This problem can occur on software
version numbers 1.90.17 and earlier. NOTE: DO NOT
USE THIS PATCH UNLESS YOU ARE DIRECTED TO DO SO BY BOYER SAFETY
SERVICES, INC.
Solution:
Close your OSHA Compliance Suite program. Click
here
to access a software patch. Click "Run" on the first
box, click "Run" on the next box, click "Next" and then
"Next" on the following box. Be sure to not change the
destination folder of the patch, accept the default destination.
The patch is now installed, reopen the program and allow the
program to install a software update when you see the update
notification box.
