Installation and Registration Problems (all products, top of page)

• August 2006 Update--broken links in 1910 Subpart Z (Federal OSHA product only)
• August 2006 Update--missing links Construction Safety Orders--Subchapter 4 (Cal/OSHA products only)
• Software will not automatically start installing
• Installation CD won't install
• Serial number is rejected after it is input

Regsoft (Federal OSHA, Cal/OSHA, DOT, MSHA and EPA, top of page)

• Some components of the program won't open or work or you notice the following error message when opening the program: "HH.exe has generated an error and will be closed by Windows".
• You can't open a PDF file within the Regsoft program.
• When you to try to open the Sharps Injury Log you get an error message saying "This Page Cannot be Displayed....". Additionally, an error occurs when you try to open the OSHA 300 Excel spreadsheet in 29 CFR 1904.
• My PDF files will not open after I updated my Adobe Acrobat Reader to the latest 7.0 Version.
